Of course! This is the first stage of the production process. A great video starts with a great script. It’s essential to take the time to get this right, as everything else rests on it. A great script flows well and expresses your message clearly and concisely.

You just need to fill out the online form with details about your company, the message of your video and what effect you would like it to have.

As soon as we’ve received your order, we’ll send you a form to fill out. From this our scriptwriter will create your script within a few days. Video production usually takes between 7 – 15 working days, once you have signed off the script.

Wherever you like! Bear in mind; we create the video to suit the environment it will be shown in. So a video for Facebook may have a different style to one you’d like on your home page. We can help you figure out what would be most effective!

Yes! You can make revisions to the script. The number of revisions depends on which package you choose (please see the prices page). For example, with the premier package you can make unlimited revisions, as well as future minor updates.

You can either self-host your video, or upload to a video platform like YouTube or Vimeo (we recommend using this site). You then embed your uploaded video into your website. The company that created your website should know what to do, but we can help you with this if you’re having difficulties.

Your video will be rendered in high definition, and then compressed to optimise functionality online. You will receive it as an MP4 file that’s ready to go!

A 50% deposit is required upon placing an order, with the balance due within 30 days. You can pay by credit card over the phone. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Network. Alternatively, you can pay by BACS. Once payment has been processed you’ll receive a receipt.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before production starts. This can be paid by credit card or BACS. The balance payment is due 30 days later or on delivery of final video, which ever is earlier. 

The artwork is selected from our vast library of images. Any bespoke illustrations required for very specific images will be charged as extra. We usually work around this so very rarely is necessary.

The direct marketing script will be sent to you for your approval. Revisions can be made. Once you have approved the script, no further revisions can be made.

Production usually takes up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your confirmation of script approval.

*Express delivery will be within 7 working days from script approval.

* Minor future updates are for example, change of contact details, or uploading a new company logo.

* Telephone support includes support to upload your video to a video platform or embedding into your own website

* If background music is required, this must be supplied by you and you must obtain the relevant commercial licence.
